5 Ways to boost your restorative CliftonStrengths today!
✅ Bring life to something that’s broken. Is anything around the house broken? Fix it. Broken relationship? Make a phone call.
✅ Make a problems and solutions list. Relate it to one specific area like home, work, or family. List items near and dear to your heart, not just everything under the sun. Then, next to each entry, write down an idea of how to fix it.
✅ Step into a sticky situation with confidence. You don’t necessarily have to invite conflict, but don’t back away from a fight since you have the skills to solve it.
✅ Read a book on social justice or an autobiography of someone who turned their life around.
Write a letter to your local representative. Praise them for great work in the town (remember how to win friends and influence people) but then give them your list of problems. Don’t just complain, also offer your well thought out solutions to making your town the best ever.
